A humpback whale perfoms a 'tail-up', a behavioral pattern that is frequent in the Abrolhos Bank, in the Southern coast of Bahia State, Brazil on Monday, Sept. 15, 2003 . Every year, from July to November, the whales come from Antarctic to breed and shelter from predators in these tropical waters.
