Andy:It was too cold.
The food was too cold for me to eat.

下面开始替换练习：

(1) Joy:easy
I could answer all the guestions.
Andy:They were very easy.
The questions were easy enough for me to answer.
(2) Joy:difficult
I couldn’t answer all the questions.
Andy:They were too difficult.
The questions were too difficult for me to answer.
(3) Joy:clever
He could answer all the questions
Andy:He was very clever.
He was clever enough to answer all the qusetions.
(4) Joy:stupid
He couldn’t answer all the questions.
Andy:He was too stupid.
He was too stupid to answer all the questions.
(5) Joy:cheap
He could buy the car.
Andy:It was very cheap.
The car was cheap enough for him to buy.
(6) Joy:expensive
He couldn’t buy the car.
Andy:It was too espenisve.
The car was too expensive for him to buy.
(7) Joy:fresh
They could eat cakes.
Andy:They were very fresh.
The cakes were fresh enough for them to eat.
(8) Joy:stale
We couldn’t eat the cakes.
Andy:They were too stale.
The cakes were too stale for us to eat.
