Here is a story:

Tom and I are still green hands in this company. We have to be careful when doing anything, for we are quite aware of the fact that if we don't do well during the first three months, we'll be out of work again. Now maybe Tom has taken it so seriously that he is a bit worried. I try to comfort him and say, "Don't worry about it so much. You see we are in the same boat. The only thing to remember is that before doing or speaking, we'd better think about it carefully. Don't jump the gun."
