Billy: A woman after my own heart…
Jennifer: OK, Mr. Coffee Connoisseur, so what’s the next step in the coffee-making process?
Billy: Well, step two is grinding the coffee beans. I’ve roasted three different types of beans.
Jennifer: Let me guess, Mocha, Mandheling, and Santos!
Billy: Yep, my own special blend! You can tell by just smelling them?
Jennifer: No, I just read the names off the packages…Ha!

此女深得我心。这句话用在欣慰后生晚辈与年轻时的自己相同，体悟出珍贵的道理时。在此比利开玩笑把珍妮花看作徒子徒孙，所以珍妮花下一句才会戏称他是咖啡大师。这里的woman可以视需要代换成其它人，如boy、girl

比　利：这个嘛，步骤二是研磨咖啡豆。我烘焙了三种不同的豆子。 珍妮花：我来猜猜，摩卡、曼特宁，还有三度士！
比　利：对，这是我独门的混合法！你光用闻的就知道？
珍妮花：不，我只是照着包装上的字念……哈！

At Billy’s house

Jennifer: What in the world is that smell?
Billy: The aroma of roasting coffee beans.
Jennifer: Smells like you’re baking something. What are those?
Billy: Green beans. They pop and turn brown when you roast them.
Jennifer: Cool! But isn’t that a hot air popcorn popper?
Billy: This machine roasts the beans just right. If you roast them too long, or the temperature is too hot…
Jennifer: The beans will burn. I know. I’ve tasted burnt coffee before…yuck!

比　利：生咖啡豆。当你烘焙它们的时候，它们就会爆开，并转成棕色。
珍妮花：酷！但那不是一台爆米花机吗？
比　利：用这机器来烘焙咖啡豆正好。要是烘焙过久，或是温度太高……
珍妮花：那么咖啡豆就会焦掉。我知道。我有喝过煮焦的咖啡……恶！

Billy: You mean it shuts off to save energy?
Jennifer: Yep. And it breathes, see!
Billy: It’s not breathing!
Jennifer: Yes, it is. Look at the little light! It blinks off and on.
Billy: Jen, it’s not alive…but it does look user-friendly.
Jennifer: I would look so cool carrying this around! [picking it up]
Billy: And you’d look so cool…DROPPING IT!
Jennifer: Ahhhhh!

比　利：妳真是酷到……掉地上了！
珍妮花：哎唷！
