纯情的女人容易被那些城府极深的男人吸引同时也被欺骗，所以她们常呼吁男人简单就好。反过来讲(on the flip side), 城府再深的男人，也容易被漂亮的女人轻松搞定(be conquered as easy as one, two, three)。
在上面的这一段陈述中，朋友已经看到了我们今天要给大家介绍的第一个片语as easy as one, two, three，它的意思是“轻而易举的”。

This software isn’t difficult to use. It’s as easy as one, two, three.
(译文：使用这软件并不困难。这是件轻而易举的事。)

从字面上讲，这个片语告诉我们，某物像1，2，3一样，不管它们作加减乘除都很简单，是不是？所以人们就用来修饰某事是容易完成或某物是很容易操作的。The idiom refers to something that is very easy to finish or complete. For example:

English learning is not as easy as one, two, three. We must be prepared to take a long time effort.
(译文：英语学习并不是件很容易的事。我们必须做好长时间努力的准备。)

英语学习决不是一朝一夕之事，大家肯定深有体会。但是学习也有一个方法的问题，方法得当，事半功倍，方法不当，事倍功半。我想，在学习中善于动脑、善于总结(boil down to something)可能就是得当的方法之一吧。

I think, learning English can boil down to three simple ingredients: persistence, proper ways and good teachers.
(译文：我认为，学习英语能总结为三个简单的因素：坚持，正确的方法和好的老师。)

在这个句子，我们注意到一个片语boil down to something，它的意思是“归结，简而言之”。Boil是“煮沸”的意思，把汤煮沸使之浓缩，就是精简，精练，归纳的意思了。This metaphorical usage alludes to reducing and concentrating a substance by boiling off liquid, 相当于英文中的sum up or summarize, or, indicate, especially as a final judgement or analysis. If a long statement, argument，idea etc boils down to a single one,  then it is the main point or cause. For example:

What this issue boils down to is that the council doesn’t want to spend more money.
(译文：简言之，这个问题就是委员会不想花更多的钱。)
