朝鲜声明与韩国结束军事联系

North Korea says it will cut off a military communication line with South Korea and take other actions in response to what it says are provocations by the South.
Pyongyang is also threatening "physical action" without warning to end psychological warfare by South Korea.North Korea's official news agency reported the remarks by the National Defense Commission on Monday, just days after leader Kim Jong Il returned from a trip to China. Previously, North Korea had been seeking dialogue with the South.

朝鲜表示将要切断与韩国的一条军事通讯线路，并采取其他行动来回应它所称来自韩国的挑衅。平壤还威胁将无警告实施“武力回应” 来结束韩国的心理战。朝鲜官方新闻社星期一报导了国防委员会的此番言论，几天前金正日刚刚结束对中国的访问返回朝鲜。之前，朝鲜一直寻求与韩国对话。

The statement said the North will cut off a communication line used by the two countries' militaries along the east coast of the Korean peninsula. It said it will also shut a liaison office at the shared Mount Kumgang resort, which is already closed over a separate dispute.South Korean analysts dismissed the move as an attempt to extract concessions from the South.
