一、上期参考答案
1、摘要写作
The Greenwood Boys are pop singers. They will be coming here tomorrow. Most of the young people in the town will be meeting them at the station. They will give five performances. The police will be trying to keep order as usual. (42字)
概括型版本：
The Greenwood Boys are coming to perform at the Worker’s Club tomorrow for five days. The police will have a difficult time keeping order as usual. (26字)

2、作文

The Parachute Club are a group of pop singers. Right now, they are visiting all parts of China. They will be arriving in Nanjing tomorrow. They will be coming by air and many young people from other cities in the Province will be meeting them at the airport. Tomorrow evening they will be singing at the WTS Stadium. The band will be staying for five days. During this time, there will be more young people from places around the city. As usual, the hotel and restaurant owners will have a good time. They will be trying to make as much money as they can. It is always the same on these occasions.

二、摘要写作

1、继续按照前面的合并句子的方法来练习摘要写作。自己根据课文内容，将可以合并的句子合并，去掉一些细节，篇幅争取控制在50字到60字。答案见下期。

2、继续做两句话概括的练习。

用两句概括，先给出后面一句，请大家做出前面一句。答案见下期。

三、本课重点：基本句型小结

到目前为止，我介绍过的基本句型共有两大类：
A+B+D描述动作或状态
A+C+E描述性质或特点

其中，描述动作或状态的句子其实也就是使用动作动词做谓语的句子，又可以根据动词带不带宾语、带几个宾语来分为三小类；另外，描述性质或特点的句型实际上也就是系动词做谓语动词的句型，也大致分了三小类，即：
A+C+E(等于A，常由名词担任)
A+C+E（描述A,常为形容词）
A+C+E（等于或描述A,为一从句）

第三小类，即E为从句的句型，我们没有加以分析，而使用动作动词做谓语的句型也有类似的句型，即：
A+B+D(D为一从句)

这样，基本句型一共有两大类（根据谓语动词来区分）7小类。此外，我们还简略介绍了修饰成分M。下面将7小类的句子例举如下：
1. A+B
He works hard.
2. A+B+D
He studies English.
3. A+B+D1+D2
He gave me a book.
4. A+B+DS(clause)
He said that he didn’t study English.
He asked why you didn’t come.
…
5. A+C+E(noun)
He is a student.
6. A+C+E(adjective)
He is tall.
7. A+C+E(clause)
That’s how we found him.

四、作文线索
本课采用白描的手法，使用简单的句子，讲述给人搭车这么一件小事，最后才发现里面有个小小的而且是有趣的误会。虽然没有写什么我心里怎么想的，他心里是怎么想的，却对人物的心理刻画得比较贴切。最后一句才把有趣的地方给揭示出来。这种写作或者说话的方法值得学习，特别是初学者，只要使用简单的英文就可以表达得清楚、幽默，实在是非常实用的方法。

现在请大家描述两个人在火车上相遇，聊起了现今的相声（Chinese talk show），其中一人把每个相声演员都骂了一遍，最后特别提到蒋困，说他是最差的，而且还不务正业等等。你能把这个故事的结尾写得很有趣吗？参考答案见下期。
