Job Sharing 工作轮班制

Job sharing means that two people divide the work usually assigned to one person. When A comes to work, B has time off, and vice versa. Each earns less pay, but each has a job while enjoying free time.

轮班制就是二个人轮流做一份通常由一人做的工作。当A上班时，B就可以休息，反之亦然。每个人虽然得到较少的薪水，但可享受自由得休息时间，又同时保有一份工作。

No Age Discrimination 没有年龄歧视

Nowadays when you interview with an American company, you do not have to reveal your age. The interviewer is not supposed to ask. If he does, and later you are not hired, you might be able to sue the company for age discrimination.

在今日，和美国的公司进行面谈时，你不必透露你的年龄。接见你的人不该问你的年龄。如果他问了，而且后来你没有被录取，你可以告这家公司年龄歧视。

Over-qualified 资格过高

In America, being highly educated often over-qualifies you for many jobs. Companies are careful not to hire applicants who have more education (and higher goals) than necessary for the job. Over-qualified workers are likely to quit the minute they find a better job.

在美国，有太高的学历反而使你丧失了许多工作机会。因为公司会很注意的不去雇用学历高过实际工作需要的人。而且资格过高的人在找到一个更好的工作时，常会马上辞职而去。
