Some people think that men and women have different qualities. Therefore, some certain jobs are suitable for men and some jobs are suitable for women. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
起头第一段。起。基本动作是从宽而细。申论主题。缩小主题，集中焦点。

利用开头这一段，技巧性把焦点分两道，放中体第二和第三段，也就是接头与转头两段，分别谈女人靠魅力，男人靠力气。话分两头，头头是道。

Men and women are created equal but not the same. Different roles are played in familes, workplaces and other sectors of society. Some jobs are more suitable for men while some jobs are more suitable for women. In terms of job opportunities and income, what really separates the two genders are biological gaps and natural inclinations. Other things being equal, the gender issue is strictly a matter of comparision between females' charm and males' strength.

接头第二段。承。支持主题。针对次焦点--女人靠魅力。言之有物，言之有理。提出原因，例证，细节。

Female's charm works wonders. Women are superior to men in caring and nurturing and other jobs related to domesticity. Because of their charm, they are more often than not capable of using men to do what they want For example, in the fields of administrative and secretarial workplace, females outnumber males about four to one. The number of female presidents and prime ministers, and of managers and senior officials, is also up and rising. There is no way to stop women from replacing men in whatever jobs in which talents and abilities are concerned and strength is not essential. If at this time there are still more men in charge, it's because women have other jobs no less valuable to do. Being women, they may leave their jobs or their labor force when they become married or pregnant. And this is also part of women's natural charm.

转头第三段。转。支持主题。针对次焦点--男人靠力气。言之有物，言之有理。提出原因，例证，细节。

In comparison, strength favors men. They have traditionally been viewed as the breadwinners or workers. The macho-image is active and aggressive. Some jobs may exclusively belong to men. On the other hand, passive and charming, women need not apply for such jobs as miners, sailors, firefighters, ironsmiths or even butchers. The traditional stereotypes are as good today as they used to be. The important thing is that men and women are happy in their different roles, even though there are obvious or hidden disparities between individuals as a result of gender.

回头第四段。合。还原。两道对等次焦点合为一。魅力与力气是相对的。女人的魅力带力气。男人的力气有魅力。男女不同在生理差异，而非不平等。

结论这一段的基本动作由细回宽。中心焦点再现。重申主题。绕回起头点。起承转合，短文绕360度，言归主题。

Women's charm and men's strength are two relative qualities of nature instead of nurture. In a certain sense, just as charm is women's strength, strength is men's charm. It is exactly their differences rather than similarities that can help create a natural state of harmony.
While perhaps men may stand better chances in certain work fields, women certainly can excel their male counterparts in other job positions. Women who seek being equal in anything to men lack correct visions and ambitions!
