1. 和，随同

2. 带着，带来作为所有物、属性或特点具有：

The letter arrived with bad news。

信里传来了不好的消息。

She is a woman with hot temper.

这个女人脾气暴躁。

3. 表示伴随的细节或状况：

He sat there with his mouth open.

他张着嘴坐在那儿

4. 以…方式

The actors performed with skill.

演员们的表演很有技巧。

5.负责，照料：

left the cat with the neighbors.

把猫托邻居照顾。

It rests with you to decide.

事情由你负责。

6.以…的观点或估计，

Anything is right with me except wine.

我不喝酒，其它的就无所谓了。

Is the decision all right with you?

你对决定有异议吗？

7.支持，赞同：

I'm with anyone who wants to help the homeless.
